Furniture Pick Up Procedures

Pick Up Hours:

Mon-Sat: 10am - 6pm
Sunday: 11am - 6pm

Please note, most items require some assembly. Our warehouse will leave all merchandise in the original manufacturer’s packaging.

***If you have a large order, or if your merchandise needs to be sprayed for Fabric- Protection, please try to notify us 24 hours prior to your pick up so we can have the merchandise prepared.***

  1. When you arrive to pick up, please come to the office to finalize all paperwork. Remember to bring your I.D. with you. We will then notify our warehouse staff to assist you.
  2. If your merchandise needs to be tied down in any way, please bring the equipment necessary to do so. Our warehouse house staff will load the merchandise into your vehicle, but they cannot tie it down for you.
  3. Please inspect your merchandise thoroughly in the comfort of your own home. If you find any manufacturer’s defects, please contact our Service Department as soon as possible. They will be happy to take care of any problems for you.
