Store Policies

All merchandise must be picked up or delivered within 10 days of the arrival date. Pick-ups usually require some customer assembly.

Pilgrim Furniture City is not liable when the furniture does not fit into your home. If a delivery attempt is made and the furniture does not fit, the delivery fee will not be refunded and the cancellation or return policy will take effect.

Errors in pricing and arithmetic are subject to correction.

Due to many factors beyond our control, we cannot be held responsible for delays in deliveries.

A cancellation fee of $50.00 will be applied if the delivery is cancelled less than 48 hours of your delivery date.

Merchandise that is delivered damaged or defective will be exchanged by Pilgrim Furniture on the next available delivery date.

Merchandise that is picked-up and later found to be damaged or defective must be bought back to the store and exchanged by the consumer.

Delivery-Exchanges will only occur when an original delivery charge has been rendered or the consumer decides to pay a delivery charge if they choose not to exchange the merchandise themselves.

Refunds

A full refund will be issued on an undelivered order cancelled within three (3) days of the sale date. After three (3) days, but before delivery, a cancellation fee of 10% for stock items and 30% for special orders will apply. The balance will be refunded. Floor samples and clearance items are excluded.

Refunds will be issued by the same method as the purchase was made, i.e. by check or credit card. Checks are mailed after a 10 day waiting period. Cash deposits will be refunded by check.

Merchandise reselections or refund is available if it is returned in the original condition within 7 days of delivery or pick up. There is a 10% fee for all returned stock items and a 30% fee for any special order items. Original delivery and pick up fees are not refundable.

Warranties

Manufacturer’s warranties apply to most furnishings available today. No manufacturer warranty claims can be honored without proof of purchase.

We make no warranty or guarantee whatsoever as to the wearing quality and colorfastness of the upholstery fabrics.
