Pilgrim Furniture City Charitable Fund

Pilgrim Furniture City is not your average furniture store. We are a family run business since 1961. We live and work in the community and feel it is our responsibility to give back to those that support us. We are deeply connected to our local community and so our commitment is strong. We aim to steward donations and make impactful decisions to positively affect our neighbors.

Our mission is to improve the quality of people’s lives by supporting existing organizations and programs in our community. We will address the service gaps to help meet basic needs and help provide a community safety net.

We sponsor two to three events per year to build up the fund and spend the year giving to specific needs in the community.

Raising Money for Breast Cancer Awareness

Connie Post, a designer, was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. Instead of keeping the news private, she decided to go public with her fight. A fight she won!

Pilgrim Furniture City heard about this news and is giving a portion of sales when a particular rug is purchased to fund research.

We have also sent out a team of painters to help a family relocate after a fire then donated a kitchen set.

The requests for help come in a steady flow and we do our best to meet peoples and organization’s needs.

There are many opportunities to help others. Keep watching this web site to see what we’re doing and how you may help.

To date we have raised over $500,000 for charity.
